How a repair works

We’re not great guessers over the phone. We prefer to see the unit so we can get you the best service.

1. Bring it in

Drop the machine off (or come by). Tell us what’s going on, plus any known damage or missing parts.

2. Free diagnostics

We look it over at no charge so we know what’s actually wrong before we talk numbers.

3. Approve the work

You get an estimate after we’ve seen it. We only proceed with your approval. If we find more once we’re into the repair, we call you before extra work.

Timing is case by case — it depends how busy the shop is and what the repair needs. We’ll keep you posted.

Repair warranty: 30 days parts and labor on the work we do. New vacuum warranties follow the brand and model. More detail is in our Terms and Conditions.
